Day 1: Arrive in Danang – City tour (B/-/-)
Discover the fascinating history and legendary beauty on this introductory half day tour of Danang. Start with a visit to the vibrant Han Market and the colorful Danang Cathedral. Head to the top of Marble Mountain for sweeping views of the coast.
After landing, transfer to hotel for check in.
Set off this afternoon for an introductory tour of Danang, Vietnam’s fastest growing city. Take a drive south to Marble Mountain, a group of limestone and marble hills filled with caves. Travel to the top and gaze upon the city, seeing new high-rise buildings standing alongside traditional wooden houses. Then explore the mountain’s main cave to see a beautiful Buddha statue built in the Cham style.
Next up is a visit to the Han Market and browse the stalls of this sprawling compound, seeing fresh produce and dried goods unique to the area. This is also a great place to get a glimpse of local life, watching the shoppers and vendors as they negotiate deals.
Then continue to Danang Cathedral. Admire the unique Gothic architecture and detailed paintings while learning about the history of Christianity in Central Vietnam.

Day 2: Danang - Bana Hills (B/L/-)
Spend the day on the beautiful mountainous theme park. Marvel at the exquisite architecture of the Linh Ung Pagoda, Golden Bridge. Feeling refreshingly cool weather and gorgeous countryside views, and enjoy exciting games at Fantasy theme park on top of Ba Na hill.
Your experience today starts at 08:30 for 1,5-hour transfer from your hotel to Ba Na Hills. Start to spend a day to visit this mountainous theme park perched 1,500m high on a mountain, a hill resort inherited from the French. The site was first developed by the French in the 1920s, who escaped the summer heat for its cool, mountain air.
This day trip will bring you to the scenic sights and destinations of the local, and give you a healthy dose of much needed mountain air. You’ll first head to the Ba Na Hills cable car station where you ascend one of the world’s longest and highest cable car rides, giving you panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. At the station, get to see the Linh Ung Pagoda, Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion. Next, your guide will bring you the Monkey Garden and finally to God Mountain, the highest peak in central Vietnam. Stroll through the Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, enjoy the gorgeous view of Da Nang city. After lunch, head into Fantasy Park for enjoy some games later.

Day 3: Danang – Cam Thanh Coconut village - Hoi An (B/-/-)
Head into the tranquil countryside for an unforgettable Hoi An tour. Discover unknown regions of Hoi An from ancient temples and water coconut forests to communal organic gardens. This enchanting hamlet, nestled close to central Hoi An, is a treasure trove of lush greenery and vibrant culture. On this immersive experience learn about traditional farming techniques that have been passed down for generations, then paddle in a traditional basket boat with so much fun.
Today's tour will begin at 08:30. Depart for the Hoi An basket boat tour with transfer by road for a short distance into the nearby countryside. On arrival at a typical hamlet, begin exploring the village. Stroll along the lush water-coconut forest, beyond tranquil ponds and green rice fields. Take a break at Mr. Tien’s Temple - the initiator of the birds’ nests culture in this area. Spend time at Thanh Dong Organic farm - a 6000sqm organic garden supporting 14 local families. Learn about the rural lifestyle here and help out the farmers with their work, depending on the season, while learning more about local organic farming techniques in this area. Take a break at Mrs. Kieu’s house and listen to stories about the culture and history in this area.
Leaving the farm behind, enjoin a 20-minute ride in a traditional ‘basket boat’ along a small languid river. Afterwards continue to Hoi An Ancient town to explore further or do shopping by your own.

Day 4: Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An (B/-/-)
Delve into the rich history of Central Vietnam. Travel to the countryside where ancient My Son temples are all that remain of the once-mighty Cham Empire. Then a guided walking tour explores Hoi An’s narrow streets and traditional houses whose historic tales are waiting to be discovered.
Today’s tour will begin at 08:30. Spend a day immersed in the rich history of Central Vietnam.
After around 1-hour driving from central Hoi An, arrive at the cultural highlight of Central Vietnam, the temple complex at My Son. Granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1999, the tower temples were the seat of the Champa Kingdom for most of its existence between the 4th and 13th centuries.
Wander around the crumbling ruins, hearing about the Cham culture, its rulers and their impressive reign. Take a moment to soak up the serene atmosphere and imagine what My Son was like in its heyday.
After this glimpse into Central Vietnam’s ancient history, return to Hoi An.
The afternoon will be spent walking Hoi An’s old town to learn about its illustrious past as a trading port. See the remarkably well-preserved traditional houses that have withstood hundreds of years of weather and war.
Start at the Japanese Bridge*, which spans a small waterway and was built more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
Continue to a Chinese communal hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues and elaborate rooftops. Additionally, explore smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm. After this insightful glimpse of Hoi An, return to the hotel.
